Payroll: Activity from existing providers (e.g., Gusto, ADP, Paychex) is recorded in QuickBooks. Payroll processing is not included.

QuickBooks Online Setup (One-Time)

Get your QBO account built right from day one - chart of accounts, connections, and workflows tailored to your business.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • QuickBooks account setup and company details

  • Chart of Accounts tailored to the business

  • Bank and credit card account connections (up to 3)

  • Opening balances based on client-provided records

  • Invoice customization (logo and basic branding)

  • Final review for accuracy and readiness

Pricing depends on business complexity and setup needs.

Please note:

The QuickBooks Online subscription is the client’s responsibility and is billed directly through Intuit. Third-party integrations (Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, etc.) are not included. Cleanup or prior bookkeeping work is not included and will be quoted separately.

Clean Up / Catch-Up (One-time)

Months (or years) behind? We’ll untangle the mess and bring your books fully up to date - no judgment, just results.

  • Review and correction of prior bookkeeping errors

  • Catch-up on unreconciled transactions based on available records
